Chevillet Chocolatier is the creation of Simon, a French Chocolatier & Pastry Chef based in Geelong, Australia.

Simon has been perfecting his craft for the last 13 years beginning in Paris where he learned Pastry, Baking, Confectionary & Chocolate. He worked at Colas Chocolaterie in Maule, France. A renowned Chocolaterie known for combining art and chocolate. From there he made his way to Australia with the aim of experiencing the world.

Simon is known for his unique flavour combinations & pushing the envelope with creativity & chocolate design.

Simon crafts a wide range of chocolates from bonbons & bars to bespoke & seasonal indulgences, there’s something for everyone!

Each Chocolate is hand crafted the old fashioned way from start to finish with care, precision and attention to detail.
